A young boy decides to climb a hill. Becoming the hero of his own story. I based this animation on certain aspects of my childhood. Growing up with a brittle bone condition meant I frequently relied on a wheelchair to get me around. So I learnt to navigate life in a different way to others around me. I set this story in nature as I like to idea that nature can be beautiful, but also cruel. I really enjoyed playing around with this theme of being your own hero. I hope to explore it further.
